During my years as a lawyer in Amsterdam's Zuidas business district, I gained first-hand experience of what national and international companies need in order to be able to switch gears quickly and successfully. Since establishing my own law firm, I have been applying this knowledge and experience to all kinds of companies and employees at all levels, including management and statutory directors. In addition, I regularly advise M&A boutiques, provide in-house training courses and occasionally offer my services on an interim basis to renowned law firms.
