Since 2018, I have specialised in employment law. My career as a lawyer began at Houthoff, a large internationally oriented law firm in Amsterdam. I worked on large, complex cases and in international teams, often under considerable time pressure. That environment shaped my way of working: hard work, sharp analysis and strategic forward thinking, because there are high stakes in the courtroom.
At the same time, I believe that sustainable solutions can often be achieved not only legally, but also on a personal level. Based on that conviction, I quickly understand what my client – and equally the other party – needs in order to reach the desired outcome.
